Captains Meeting and Kick-off Party Friday June 16th, 2023, 5PM - 8PM. Tournament on Saturday June 17th, 2023, 5:30am- 2pm

By entering and signing the above registration I agree to release and hold harmless and forever discharge the directors, members, sponsors, and any other person(s) or associations involved with sisters helping sisters fishing tournament and hearts of sunset from any damages, claims, causes of action or injuries including, but not limited to death and/or dismemberment in neglect or intentional act of omission. I have read the tournament rules and agree to abide by them. I agree to abide by all TPWD Laws and Safety regulations including the rules as written for this tournament. Anglers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian. Receipt of this registration completed with names of teammates indicates all teammates are aware of rules and waivers and agree.
